An Overnight Success Five Years in the Making
Nell Diamond set out on a mission to design products that bring beauty and joy to everyday rituals. We began working with the nimble team in 2018 to help it expand its collection to include linens, accessories, essentials for babies and kids, bridalwear and apparel, including the widely loved Nap Dress®.
Over the past four years, we have helped Hill House Home develop an immersive, customer-centric retail experience that supports its growing product offering, product launches that sell out in minutes, omnichannel commerce, collaborations with cultural touchstones like Netflix's “Bridgerton” and an enthusiastic consumer base that counts the UK’s Princess Beatrice and author Meena Harris as fans.
Each interaction with the brand invites people to join the journey, resulting in a fiercely loyal and engaged community that delights in making their house a Hill House Home.

Direct to Consumer to Retail
Working closely with the Hill House Home team means we have had the chance to refine the company’s ecommerce strategy into an experience that not only looks beautiful but also performs well and drives customer conversions. We've created a flexible design system that scales across a variety of product categories, includes personal touches like monogramming and allows the team to nimbly open physical retail spaces and enable "buy now, pick up in store" capabilities at a moment's notice.

Support for Last-Mile Delivery
Behind the scenes, there's more than meets the eye. We worked closely with third parties and logistics teams to support the addition of kits and bundles, annual sales and high-traffic launch days, all while communicating lead times, shipping delays and pre-order statuses to customers with clear messaging so they know what to expect.
