Our Process
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is issued, you’ll receive a spreadsheet detailing the materials and accounts we need access to begin.
You’ll be introduced to the project team and your dedicated Producer, who has extensive experience managing similar projects. They will be your go-to for any questions throughout our engagement.
We invest heavily in our kickoffs. It’s our chance for us to deep dive into your brand, understand your unique vision, aspirations and goals, and lay the groundwork for a successful project. Equal parts Q&A, therapy, and work-session, our kickoffs are designed to extract high-level insights and granular to-do’s.
This initial investment pays dividends down the road when we’re sailing through approvals and aligned on a launch plan.
Our work begins by understanding your brand, market, and audience. We audit your existing digital experience and develop a clear roadmap to achieve your goals.
As part of our process, we not only employ your brand’s aspirations, but also put best practices into place, as well as analytics, heatmap data, insights from customer reviews and more.

We pride ourselves on our PM chops here at Pact, considering our Producers to be just as critical as our designers and developers.
More than moving tasks around a kanban board, the Producers at Pact play a part in product management and actively drive the product culture forward.
All stakeholders will have transparency throughout the project with regard to who is leading key initiatives, how we sequence work and how we assign levels of prioritization.
We know when you're building a business, things change, scale, and evolve – so we build in provisions to add items to the backlog, as well as the ability to reprioritize items.
We work in a 2-week sprint cadence. We start each sprint with a planning meeting to align on deliverables. Subsequent meetings include demos of completed work from the previous sprint.
Your dedicated Producer will do most of the heavy lifting, but we ask that you come to each meeting prepared to discuss priorities, new feature requirements, and key dates.
Effective communication is the key to success of our projects, and we rely on Asana as our central hub for all project-related discussions.
By keeping all requests, questions, and updates within Asana, we ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and that the most relevant team members are kept in the loop.
Your dedicated Producer will be responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project. They will send out meeting agendas prior to each sprint planning session as well as recap emails following each meeting to ensure all action items and decisions are properly documented.
We know when you're building a business, things change, scale, and evolve – so we build in provisions to add items to the backlog, as well as the ability to reprioritize items.
When assessing your request, we provide honest, strategic guidance to ensure that your resources are directed towards the most impactful initiatives. If a request seems misaligned with your goals, we won't hesitate to offer alternative suggestions that better serve your business.
For urgent matters that require immediate attention, we'll do our best to re-prioritize tasks within the current sprint.
