Allies of Skin is a clinical skincare brand built on potency, precision, and efficacy. The brand delivers maximum results with minimal steps — focused on skin resilience, barrier repair, and long-term skin health.

When Allies of Skin partnered with identity firm Established to roll out a new visual identity, they needed a Shopify partner who could translate that vision across every digital touchpoint without sacrificing conversion performance or the brand’s clinical authority.

Pact partnered with Allies of Skin to redesign their Shopify storefront from the ground up, working in close collaboration with the identity firm Established. Pact translated that identity into a fully custom ecommerce experience on Shopify. The goal was a digital platform that feels as potent and precise as the formulas themselves: clinically credible, conversion-minded, and built to scale.

Where Clinical Authority Meets Conversion

Across the storefront, we designed a step-by-step routine navigation system, a "Supercharge Your Routine" bundle builder, and product detail pages that lead with clinical proof points and subscription options.

The product listing pages surface benefit tags, bestseller badges, and quick-add functionality across desktop and mobile. A tiered gifting cart system — tracking the customer's path from free shipping to two free gifts — was engineered to lift average order value without compromising the premium experience.

We also built a suite of brand storytelling pages, including an interactive "Proven Results" module with toggleable clinical outcomes (1 Use / 4 Weeks / 2 Months), a core values narrative, and customer review highlights.

Every interface decision reinforces the brand's positioning: fearless, supercharged, and unapologetically effective — giving Allies of Skin a digital platform as potent as the formulas themselves.
